 Porta-King Building Systems custom designs modular equipment enclosures for industrial applications.
This modular enclosure featured a custom-designed, bi-parting door, which opens in the corner to facilitate moving large equipment in and out. The panel finish includes a reinforced frp (fiberglass reinforced plastic) finish on lower panel sections to protect against damage and scratches from pallet jacks and other moving equipment. A solid core panelized roof improves insulation, enhances sound control and maximizes on interior ceiling clearance.

| Versa-King Modular Wall Systems for CMM Rooms |
 Our Versa-King Modular Wall System is ideal for quickly constructing CMM Rooms inside factories. Typical panel construction for these CMM Rooms is taller than the panels we provide for modular offices or other applications.
The panels for the CMM Room shown in this photograph are 12' tall. The two-toned color was a special request from our customer to create this unique looking room.
Because we offer more standard vinyl covered hardboard and drywall panel finishes than other manufactures we are often asked to create custom color combinations for CMM Rooms and other modular wall system applications. We also offer many other optional panel finishes including painted steel, FRP and PVC.
The 3" panel thickness provides excellent insulation and sound control. The unique "positive locking" panel to post design used in our extruded aluminum posts also creates a tight seal to ensure that our CMM rooms keep dust away from the sensitive calibration equipment inside.
Single piece panel construction is also available for taller wall construction. Aluminum post and framing are available in satin anodized, as shown in this photograph, along with white and beige painted finishes.
