Portable Restrooms This portable restroom was constructed for use in a Midwest based auto manufacturer to accommodate additional personnel that had been recently added to their work force. Unlike our traditional panelized wall systems that can be quickly assembled on-site, this portable restroom provided an even faster installation by shipping to the site already assembled, including all of the plumbing fixtures. This entire 10'x 24' long unit was off-loaded from the truck and moved into position with forklifts. The entire process was completed within a matter of hours. The owner saved thousands of dollars in labor cost and had a fully operational restroom in a fraction of the time that would have been required for a conventionally built facility. The 3" thick wall panels used to construct this building provide excellent thermal insulation and sound control. The ceiling system for this structure is also using modular panels. These prefabricated panels enhance the rigidity of this structures frame and provide excellent sound and thermal control. The chase wall visible in this photograph provides a concealed area for installation of all the piping for service to the plumbing fixtures. Doors are added to enable easy on-site access for initial hook-up and future service. The design of the restroom was created by our in-house engineering team. We provided detailed approval drawings, showing the location and arrangement of fixtures, plumbing connections and electrical wiring. This allowed the customer to prepare the site well in advance of the arrival of their new restroom.
